Vehicle pickup time was four o'clock. Got there at four o'clock and they were already close.There's also no signage until you're practically in front of the desk. Very poor customer service over the phone as well. First time trying to use this company and will not in the future.
Pickup at Resorts World was easy. The agent upgraded me to a Chevy Teax, which was a very nice vehicle for the two of us. My own vehicle is a GMC Yukon XL, so while the Trax is one of GM's smallest crossovers, is does provide higher seating and better forward and side visibility than most sedans, which I appreciated. It was a great vehicle for around Las Vegas. It was clean, and had Sirius XM, which I have had since it's introduction. Return to Resorts World was very easy as well. Customer service was lacking in every way! I will go back to my regular company. I used this location because it was convenient, in the same hotel we were staying. I was a bother, treated like I was stupid and quite frankly just rude! The car itself was great! Clean and in good condition!
Unhelpful. Told me to call customer support without even trying to help. Did not have car that I reserved.
