Really bad support from hertz when I’m in Vegas. Purchased the emergency roadside assistance, called the hotline but was told to turn to 911 as there was no one around that can assist us. Ended up had to pay towing fee from my own pocket on top of the premium that I’ve paid to hertz. And when returning the vehicle staff behavior was unprofessional and really left another negative Impression to our rental experience.
Absolutely horrible service; person working at station has no clue what they are doing. I booked a car when I came to station she told me I did not book; I showed my reservation she told me I did on Expedia which I did not ; I made it site directly No replacement service offer ; she told me too bad ; cancel reservation and get something else Service level Gross

Horrible customer service .. car was supposed to be ready at 9am.. got there at 9:30am and was still not ready.. want to charge $15 a day to add a driver. The guy behind the counter was too busy texting on his cell phone to help us in a timely manner. Location should not be opened .. trust me use the airport rental cars
