No signs to where you are supposed to return the car. Tried to bill me for damages that were already on the car
Finding the place was a nightmare, both for pickup and for drop off. No signage inside resort world, no signage at the parking and drop off. Google takes you to the wrong locations. Didn’t have the vehicle type I reserved and they did downgrade me, but gave me a free tank of gas. So that part was okay.
UPDATE It's now September 1st 2025 and I STILL have not received an invoice or bill from Hertz. Notwithstanding the nicely worded reply to this review.. my sentiment stands. Do not rent from this facility!! Who knows how much money they make everyday swindling their customers.Original review to follow. (Hertz, send me my dang invoice!!) Really bad support from hertz when I’m in Vegas. Purchased the emergency roadside assistance, called the hotline but was told to turn to 911 as there was no one around that can assist us. Ended up had to pay towing fee from my own pocket on top of the premium that I’ve paid to hertz. And when returning the vehicle staff behavior was unprofessional and really left another negative Impression to our rental experience.
Absolutely horrible service; person working at station has no clue what they are doing. I booked a car when I came to station she told me I did not book; I showed my reservation she told me I did on Expedia which I did not ; I made it site directly No replacement service offer ; she told me too bad ; cancel reservation and get something else Service level Gross
