Very unprofessional company. I do NOT recommend them. I booked a car by them as they are our company's contracted rental car partners. Arriving to Greenville Airport at 11pm nobody was at the rental counter (in the confirmation email it says 5am-12am as operating hours). I called also their customer support. They are totally parallel with the situation, offering me 0 support. Three things they could tell me. (1) Yes, there is a reservation.
