Great experience! Jessie was professional, friendly, and went out of his way to let customers know he was going to do his best for them. Great service! And I love the car.
I wish I can give 0 stars for this rental place. Completely unprofessional bunch of jokers, with trashy vehicles and employees with bad attitudes.
Worst car rental service ever, waited 1,5 hr to pick up and also they didn’t give me the promised 7saeter… how can we find a seven seater in last minute??? and Hertz customer service couldn’t be reached in 15min and could not help at all, but replying here immediately. Hey Hertz instead of reply here help your customers!!!
