My grandmother rented a car from here and was very disappointed in the lady she dealt with. Georga was very unprofessional and did not take pre rental pics of the car my grandmother got which left my grandmother feeling uneasy. This wasn't the first time my grandmother has rented from them and she knows there are supposed to be pre rental pictures for insurance purposes. I do not recommend dealing with georga if you use them.
Greg and Dee are great. I rent uber cars from them frequently. They’re always nice and I’m very thankful for them. Keeps money in my pocket when I need it most.

Hey Hertz - I am writing because I HAD to formally complain about what was, without exaggeration, one of the most unacceptable rental car experiences I have ever had. I rented a vehicle from Hertz and was provided a Chevy Malibu four-door sedan with over 121,000 miles on it. I was genuinely stunned. It's absurd. Renting a car with 121,000+ miles and visible interior damage is wild, especially from a company that markets itself as a premium, reliable brand.
