On 6/20 I rented a car through my company portal for Hertz. I rent cars weekly through Hertz and returned the car to the Charlotte Airport on 6/27. To my suprise once I returned it I did not receive my receipt and when contacting Hertz they did not even recognize that I picked up the Vehicle. After waiting a bit I receive my receipt to find an additional mileage charge of $445.51 that has never been charged before to me. Absolutely miserable customer service. I wish I had checked their reviews before making this reservation.
The employee behind the counter was very rude and had a nasty attitude. I will never do business at Hertz again. I hope the right person reads this because I know that man is hurting your business.
This is the 4th or fifth time I've used this hetz location. I often rent cars so I have some experience with different companies and different locations. I really enjoy renting from here. The staff is always professional, the building is clean, and I've never had any issues with the cars. I think what throws people off is that you can't leave your car overnight, which might be an inconvenience to some. Anyways, can't recommend them enough
Ruined an already somber trip. I needed to drive to FL for a funeral and had a reservation at 8am to pick up my car I arrived at the rental office at 7:55am and waited over a half hour and still the office was not ope although the hours on the door stated open at 8AM. I was not able to pick up the car was not able to get a response via phone and all other rental companies in the area are now sold out and I have no rental to drive to FL for the funeral. I would not recommend this location at all as they are not reliable
