DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE – SCAM ALERT! About a month ago, I rented a car from Hertz at the ICT airport and had a terrible experience. I was charged over $345 in extra fees on top of the original rental cost. On top of that, they incorrectly charged me for two days when the rental was only for one day. I wasn't there to rent a car or anything. I was dropping off my friend. She just started working at Hertz Car Rental. She tells me that everyone working there is so nice and so helpful.
