1 STAR — I FEEL COMPLETELY SCAMMED I paid in advance for a one-month rental, with pickup scheduled for September 1, 2026. Hertz took my money, but never gave me the vehicle. Since then, I have contacted customer service repeatedly and dealt with the local Hertz office. Nobody has taken responsibility or provided a solution.
