I actually pay a little more for pickup from the Laidlaw location even though other car rental places sometimes have cheaper prices, but the staff and service is just so incredible that I would rather pay more because I know I'm going to get the best service and the staff is ALWAYS so friendly and go above and beyond. Peace of mind is not always about saving a few dollars.
Ignore this rental location, very rude guys they don’t even know how to treat the customers. especially the guy on right side.fake smile .

Absolutely great experience! These guys set up a good mood from the moment you step in - they’re knowledgeable, professional, know their cars and provide a great experience! Pick up process was smooth, and I trusted their opinion and they delivered - the Mazda I had for a little over 2 weeks had been an absolute blast! Drop off had been also quick and efficient, will surely rent from this location again if needed.
