These guys are the best. I have rented a lot of vehicles over the years, most of the time at the airport or around the airport. These guys were helpful and very accommodating. I rented a Tesla to drive Uber. They set me up and I was on the road before noon(even with a tutorial on drive my first EV) Andrew got the paperwork ready very quick, and explained all charges that could occur. I highly recommend Hurtz at 4 Laidlaw Blvd. Very professional and friendly, I never had a better experience renting a vehicle. EVer

On Friday Aug 08 I reserved a car through uber marketplace and got the confirmation number and told that my car would be ready at 0300 PM (Confirmation number L30905659F2) however when I got there to pick up the car I was told that the car isn’t available, my question is how you guys can confirm the reservation and later on refused. I wasted ride money for no reason, this is not acceptable from company like Hertz. One more thing after refusing my reservation the customer service guy ask me to cancel the reservation.
