Car was in great condition and all the process was very fast! Appreciate great service!
Watchout for 2025 Hyundai venue. The car smells like piss and other smell that I cant even explain. It is so bad that it sticks to my clothes and I have to cover the car seat with a garbage bag and spray some perfume (that didnt even work). I don’t even know how the guy that handed the car to me did not even smell it. Other than that the car runs well tho.
I had a warning light on the car for low refrigerator fluid. I went to them to see if they could look at the car. They refused to do so because I did not rented from them. I thought that Hertz meant service.
Extremely poor customer service. Staff were dismissive, unprofessional, and provided little to no assistance during the pickup process. After purchasing vehicle insurance, I expected a proper vehicle walkthrough and explanation of coverage, but instead I was pointed toward the parking lot and told to find the vehicle myself after an employee flashed the lights with the remote. Got my current car repaired at the don valley hyundai dealership... then got a rental free (dealership say they will pay for the day) of cost for me on Thursday April 23rd 2026 at 5 or 6pm... rep told me I can drop my car to the dealership and a rep would pick it up from there.... so on friday at 4pm went to the dealership to grab my car after it was fixed... dropped my rental there and thought everything was good... but today April 28th Tuesday I get charged twice on my credit card....in which I dont have the car anymore...... read more
