Absolutely the worst car rental experience. This place is a complete scam. First, they tried to charge me for gas — thankfully I had photos from pickup to prove it, or they would’ve gotten away with it. After that, they started inventing charges for anything they could, including some made-up “late return fee” I’ve never heard of anywhere else.
