Absolutely the worst car rental experience. This place is a complete scam. First, they tried to charge me for gas — thankfully I had photos from pickup to prove it, or they would’ve gotten away with it. After that, they started inventing charges for anything they could, including some made-up “late return fee” I’ve never heard of anywhere else. Great location good. We were given a car that smelled like an astray while being told it's a none smoking car. On top of this our final invoice didn't match what we were quoted. We have to be better at customers experience we were given an SUV at 3/4 full we were told to bring back same way to our surprise we being charged for a full tank not sure this isa good customer experience

I had a terrible experience with Hertz. My reservation was confirmed, but they called me only 10 minutes before the pickup time to tell me it was cancelled. No proper explanation and no solution offered. This caused major inconvenience and wasted my time. Very unprofessional and unreliable. I will not use Hertz again.

Don’t rent here, I made a reservation 2 days prior, however when I got to the store, they told me that they didn’t have cars available so they canceled my reservation without any prior notice.
