Had a bad experience with this location. The staff here were so dismissive and unhelpful. We pre-booked a 7 seater minivan a few days ahead of time for a trip the next morning. When we got there to pick up the car, they didn’t have any 7 seaters available. We asked if they could help us check if other locations had any minivans available as we needed 7 seats and all they did was give us a phone number to call to get a refund. Sagar went out of his way to help me out on my car rental for the week. Great customer service.
This is inside the Lexus building with a small board stating Hertz. This is right at the entrance. High chances of missing if you don't pay close attention. Book the car online that is the cheapest option - don't call or book it in-person
These folks are amazing, got a rental for the weekend and it took less than 5 minutes to get the car. Vignesh explained to me all the information in detail and both him and Sagar answered all my queries with relieving assurance. Will be getting my car there again!
