Don’t rent here, I made a reservation 2 days prior, however when I got to the store, they told me that they didn’t have cars available so they canceled my reservation without any prior notice.
Very patient great group of people at the front counter, left some bags in the rental car and they were quick to grab it for me even though it's close to their closing time. The car came clean and ready to drive so I was able to get to my errands.
I’ve been picking up vehicles from this location for a few months now. The service is always fast and the staff is very friendly. I will definitely continue renting from this location. Highly recommend!
Unacceptable breach of protocol. Our reserved vehicle was released to another individual without proper ID verification or adherence to standard rental procedures. This has resulted in a police report being filed, and the incident is now under investigation. I am extremely concerned by the lack of safeguards and due diligence at this location.
