I’ve been picking up vehicles from this location for a few months now. The service is always fast and the staff is very friendly. I will definitely continue renting from this location. Highly recommend!
Unacceptable breach of protocol. Our reserved vehicle was released to another individual without proper ID verification or adherence to standard rental procedures. This has resulted in a police report being filed, and the incident is now under investigation. I am extremely concerned by the lack of safeguards and due diligence at this location.
This location was a nice experience. Didn't have to wait, enough friendly staff, the process was less than 10 mins. Drop off was a breeze. Left car in their parking lot and dropped off the keys in the lockbox. Location is a bit of a hike as it is a bit far from Scarborough.
The pickup experience was quite good and fast. People working were friendly and they even helped me getting familiar with the car as i have never driven a Rav4 before.
