This location was a nice experience. Didn't have to wait, enough friendly staff, the process was less than 10 mins. Drop off was a breeze. Left car in their parking lot and dropped off the keys in the lockbox. Location is a bit of a hike as it is a bit far from Scarborough.
The pickup experience was quite good and fast. People working were friendly and they even helped me getting familiar with the car as i have never driven a Rav4 before.
Excellent location to rent from, lots of car selection and top customer service. Renting was quick and seamless. I would rather come directly here to rent then go to any other location since they take care of my needs as a customer. Would recommend anyone to rent at this location and see for yourself.
