This location has been closed for 2 years, yet the Hertz website still lets you select it as a rental location. Reserved a car at this location 6 months ago and showed up to pick up today to be met with an empty building and this note on the door.

wortz car rental company we had ever work with they didnt even use our triple A discounts when they clearly said was already on it 60% of this places arent corp places we drove over 1 hour and 45 to 3 diff hertz Aug -09-23 hertz in stafford Va / and 2 other herrz in S carolina and N carolina people stay away from this rental car company

Great customer service today—our rep was super personable and friendly. We were in and out with no problems due to his efficiency. One of the best experiences I’ve had with Hertz, to be honest. We left feeling positive and happy and as I write that, I realize how weird it is to be feeling like that after renting a car (which I was dreading having to go in and handle before we got there), but that’s how nice the guy was. I wish I had his name. Really well done.

This morning, after calling the Fredericksburg office, and no one answering the phone from 10;40 am until 12;18, I was forced to make a reservation on the web. That process took awhile to complete and once done, I was not given a confirmation number. I then called the Stafford office and spoke to Ethan. What a wonderful representative you have at that office! I told him of my dilemma, and his reply was let me take care of this.
