Rental agent does not go to vehicle with me or bring vehicle up. I see scratches etc on the Jeep and, per usual I take pics of all sides of vehicle. I return it next day. No agent leaves the booth, just takes my mileage and keys. Then sends a damage notice via email. Because I know Hertz has a reputation for doing this I was prepared and provided the pre-drive pics I had taken which were time/date stamped by Apple. Great experience at the counter. The service provider, Katy, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. The vehicle was incredibly clean and I was able to upgrade vehicles without any issues.
