Jeff is awesome! Little did we know, we had originally reserved a car that would not meet our needs. Jeff explained what we needed and why and boy was he correct! Quick check out and in. Car was clean and drove very well. Thanks for all your help Jeff! :)
On an updated final bill a charge was included for something called Curbside return. This was not on the initial bill I received at the counter when returning the car. It was not a service I used (not even sure it is offered). Then had to jump through hoops to get a credit to my card. Seems as though Hertz was trying to slip one by. Actual car and experience at the rental counter was great!
