I was told by Enterprise they had a car waiting for me in Springfield, an hour away from home, but when I got there there was no car. My Mom had just had a massive paralyzing stroke in Tennessee and now I was frantic. HERTZ TOOK CARE OF EVERYTHING FOR ME!!! BECAUSE OF THE SPRINGFIELD HERTZ I MADE IT TO MY MOM BEFORE SHE PASSED!!! Issues with my car rental in Springfield, MO which was my fault but I was debated when I got to the counter not having a reservation. Even though there were no cars left available, Hertz’s very own Shannon Wouk bent over backwards trying to help me. At the 11th hr. A car became available and she made sure I got right in to be on my way. She saved the day during a very stressful time period and became my HERO! Thanks Hertz for going that extra mile!! We need more people like Shannon in this World!
Easy to get car and no hassles, quick and when I needed to. Irrecf our return time, once o talked to the Springfield MO airport office it was taken care of easily and without hassle. The online process was horrible and I could not anything accomplished. Loved the car and we will miss hertz again
I could sum up this review with one word (or should I say more accurately "name"). JEFF. I showed up very frustrated. I had fully confirmed a 7:30 am pickup with Enterprise here in Springfield, Missouri, only to be told AFTER I was dropped off that they did not have any vehicles available. After trying to arrange a vehicle at four (4) other agencies, I finally ended up (at the suggestion of two competitors) at the Hertz counter at Springfield-Branson National Airport with Jeff's name in my ear. Unser Flug kam sehr verspätet an und eigentlich hätte der Schalter schon geschlossen sein sollen. Die Mitarbeiter hatten auf uns gewartet und waren auch um 23.35h noch super hilfsbereit und Freundlich. David hatte extra ein besonderes Auto für uns herausgesucht weil er gesehen hatte, dass wir so lange unterwegs waren und aus Deutschland kommen . Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt
