Wow… nobody at desk, when you call you get hung up on, website tells you nothing.
No car is available. No prior notice
Worst experience. I have reservation at 9:00 AM. When i come to pick up my car, the agent told me they are run out of cars and the agent let us wait for 2 hours. They refuse to privide us help. This place completely ruin our trip.
No issues. Easy experience, as always with Hertz. I don’t rent anywhere else.
