Don't even waste your time using this location OR hertz. Hertz screwed us over majorly this morning which caused an almost 2 hour delay in us getting on the road for a FLIGHT. Yeah, late is an understatement. Your best bet would be to go to Enterprise Rent-A-Car, 3750 S Campbell Ave, Springfield, MO 65807 They got us taken care of even with having no availability! ENTERPRISE should be your first and ONLY choice at this point.....lesson learned! BTW, enterprise was MUCH cheaper (no discount) and hertz was using our AAA discou... read more

This place is a little hard to find, but it's worth it because they had cars for rent and the ladies up front are very nice.
