Be careful renting here. Take pictures of your fuel gage at time of pick up and drop off especially if you do it after hours. They will lie and say you brought the car back far less fuel then what you really did. They will charge your card fraudulent charges and then snap on the phone when you prove they commited deceptive business practices and theft from the consumer.. If I could give them no stars I would. I had a great experience at this Hertz location. I misunderstood the credit card/ATM card policy and was almost stuck without a rental car but Peggy and the other lady that worked there went way out of their way to help me. So THANKFUL for these 2 ladies and their GREAT customer support they gave me. Thank You!

Walked in the front door to pick up a reservation, was told they needed ID and payment card, was told I wasn’t able to pick up the car because I didn’t have a major credit card they wanted. I was using a credit card, just not one they wanted. When I asked why I couldn’t pay, I was told to have a nice day and asked to leave. Rude people at a non helpful branch. 10/10 recommend Enterprise or Avis before them.
