Absolutely awful. Take your business somewhere that doesn’t lie to you. When I showed up, they more than doubled the price of my reservation and threatened to triple it. Their prices are flat out lies and they treat you like you’re the crazy one. Also they didn’t have the car (that they grossly overcharged me for) at the time I had it reserved for. Use another rental place, you’ll regret going for this one.

Avoid renting a car with them if you’re getting a rental for an insurance claim. After you drop off your car at an auto shop, they will pick you up and take you back to grab your rental. However, after your car is ready to be picked up and you return the rental, they won’t drive you back to the auto shop to pick up your car.
