Avoid renting a car with them if you’re getting a rental for an insurance claim. After you drop off your car at an auto shop, they will pick you up and take you back to grab your rental. However, after your car is ready to be picked up and you return the rental, they won’t drive you back to the auto shop to pick up your car.

One of the best car rental experiences I’ve had. I got this super nice 2024 Rav 4 with heavy duty all weather mats including cargo!! Which was super nice for my winter trip. The car was in great shape and clean. The employees were super nice, picked up the car super fast. I personally declined any additional add-ons and the employees were understanding and still super nice. Ended up dropping it off at the airport with only a $25 drop fee, super convenient. Refused on honor my reservation, new "Alaska Locals" policy requiring a utility bill and proof of full coverage insurance. Not required for tourists. The reservation email only says DL and CC are necessary, no notification of new policy. They left me stranded without a car, had to get a cab to Enterprise. Didn't matter that I have 5-Star status and have previously rented with no issues.
