I called Hertz at this location and a woman answered the phone I proceeded to tell her I had a few questions about a program they are part of and told her I had called many locations trying to get a live person. That must have agitated her because she cut me off in mid sentence and said what’s your questions. Them put me on hold for almost 10 minutes and never picked back up. I guess it was her way of letting me know she didn’t want to be bothered with me. Terrible customer service

Worst experience ever. Came to rent a car, but couldn't leave...got intimidated by a gate. There were plenty of cars (some pretty nice too), but it didn't seem like any were for rent. Drove in circles for a bit...
Can't find any cars to rent but there's a cafeteria!
