I’ve rented from this Hertz location several times, but after what happened today, I won’t be returning — and I strongly recommend others think twice before booking here. I pre‑paid (not just reserved) for a rental weeks in advance for a trip starting today, 6/13. My confirmation clearly stated a 12:00 PM pickup time.
