The Hertz car rental office location in Palm Springs, CA is behind a locked gate that requires a secret code to enter! And Hertz does not tell you in advance what it is. Terrible setup!
This HERTZ location is garbage. Dude at the front desk though was polite professional and was not an issue and was the only reason i didn’t make a big deal about being deceived on the website. DO NOT get manager special if you don’t want a tiny lil ev with no space for anything the 2 stars are for the gentleman who helped me for his 5 star service , to be clear
