I’ve rented from this Hertz location several times, but after what happened today, I won’t be returning — and I strongly recommend others think twice before booking here. I pre‑paid (not just reserved) for a rental weeks in advance for a trip starting today, 6/13. My confirmation clearly stated a 12:00 PM pickup time. After ordering and paint in advance for a car days ahead of my pick up, I got to the location and no car was available myself and three other couples were there waiting also for the very same situation. I had to wait two hours and 20 minutes to get a car and the people behind me more than likely did not get a car before they closed which was 15 minutes After I receive my car. Tried giving this place a chance despite all the negative reviews! Well they weren’t wrong this place is absolutely horrible! Reserved a car on Saturday when it states it’s open to only find about 7 other people waiting in the office on their phones trying to locate customer service from hertz! So I guess it’s closed Saturdays even though the system lets you reserve online! Google and their hours posted in the office clearly say it’s open Saturdays and it wasn’t! DO NOT COME HERE you will be wasting your precious time!
