Customer service??? These people don’t know anything about taking care of customers. Manager Faisal is the worse, he think is the only rental place in the world, he doesn’t care if a customer leaves because they don’t have the car we reserved, the only option is pay more money if you want, I reserved another car online in Anaheim a lot cheaper than the one he offered. If it was my business I will fire this person because he is incompetent for this job.
