Hertz Car Rental provided a great experience overall. The service was smooth, and I was really impressed with the car they offered—it was practically brand new with only 300 miles on the odometer. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and a pleasure to drive. Unfortunately, I had an incident with a flat tire, and since I didn’t opt for emergency assistance coverage, I ended up being charged for it. That was a bit frustrating, but I understand the policy.
