Hertz needs to make pick up locations more clear on its app. If i am selecting a pick up location, drop off locations shouldn't even show up on that list. Lucky an employee of hertz was able to give me a ride to the right location

Utter joke. Read this before booking! There is no Hertz collection point here. I booked this as I was staying at this hotel. I even had an email reminder saying to collect my car from here. When I asked the lobby desk, they said there is no Hertz centre, they are fed up with people being told Hertz are there. The number does not work so I called another Hertz office and explained the situation, they sent a car out to collect me and take me to the other location. I was able to drop off my vehicle here based on reviews by other customers. The drop-off, situated on the hotel's fourth floor, mandates a visit to the lobby for key submission, adding an inconvenience to the return process. Regrettably, even after three days, I am still confronted with an outstanding $300 incidental charge, accompanied by 4 (updated from 3 earlier) separate transactions of $100 each on my account.
