There is no hertz counter at this establishment. The Marriott employees are exasperated at being asked where one can find this counter but it has apparently been gone since COVID. Hertz has left this location to rent up for SIX years and refuse to take it down even though there is no rental cars here. We booked our rental car due to the proximity to this location. PLEASE TAKE IT OFF YOUR SITE.

This place closed during COVID according to the staff of the hotel. The staff of the Marriott are left to deal with salty renters learning they planned their travel around a place that does not exist. Hertz refuses to update it as closed. Absolutely useless and deliberately misleading on their part.

This location is literal shit, and the call centers are as well I'm a gold member if it even mattered Now my hertz account is being logged into by an unknown device, shocked after Gia from customer service hung up on me

[Return] It was very difficult for me to return my rent-a-car without the explanation. Nobody tells me. So it was so useful the reviews in here. When we return the rent-a-car, we need to go to the parking lot 4th floor. Then we park our car the designated area. Don’t forget to bring the key. Once we return the car, we go down 1st floor and go to the front desk. There is a box on the left side of the front desk where we can return the key. [Pickup] There is no Hertz counter here.
