This location is literal shit, and the call centers are as well I'm a gold member if it even mattered Now my hertz account is being logged into by an unknown device, shocked after Gia from customer service hung up on me

[Return] It was very difficult for me to return my rent-a-car without the explanation. Nobody tells me. So it was so useful the reviews in here. When we return the rent-a-car, we need to go to the parking lot 4th floor. Then we park our car the designated area. Don’t forget to bring the key. Once we return the car, we go down 1st floor and go to the front desk. There is a box on the left side of the front desk where we can return the key. [Pickup] There is no Hertz counter here. I’m posting a review to help others who were confused about this Hertz. This Hertz location is not a full service location, but rather convenience site for guests of the Marriott. If you have Gold or President’s Circle status, the Hertz team will bring you a car and leave the key with the Anaheim Marriott valet. I had an incredible experience and it was very easy. 只能还车，无法取车。还车点在酒店停车场四楼，有专属车位，车钥匙放在一楼酒店大堂一个专属盒子里，也可以给大堂服务员。问询了服务员，被告知已经很久没有hertz柜台了，因此几天后我们离开酒店也无法取车。于是我们选择换到了附近另一家门店并顺利取车，但因为是临时修改的订单，车辆租赁费用比原先的贵，令人不太愉快。
