Had a reservation. Waited 30 minutes in line only to be told no vehicles are available and to come back in a couple hours. What?! Horrible. Non existent customer service. Avoid at all costs.

Not a good selection of vehicles, reserved a mid size car, was told nothing available except a Ram 2500...11.5mpg... With today's gas prices. Most bumpy ride too. I left the keys in the vehicle when I returned it and they made me go back to the parking lot, 3rd floor and get the keys, even though they would soon go up to inspect the vehicle.

The customer service Julio provided was superb. I arrived. Julio's attention to detail is extraordinary. The service provided is the reason why I will keep renting from Hertz. The service overall, and let me say I have been to many counters, is great. Julio and the rest of the staff at Hertz Torrance Marriott Counter should be commended and recognized for the professional, courteous, and very helpful customer service. I will keep coming back to this location for my rental needs.

car reeked of unbearable smoke smell through the cabin filter to upholstery. hours are limited and customers take forever. if you do have to rent from here just know when you return the car if you don’t need a receipt or to talk to the few guys working you can skip the arduous line and just drop the keys to the desk.
