The biggest issue is that they often don’t have the cars that customers actually reserved or expect. You can wait a long time, only to be told that the vehicle you booked isn’t available and then be pushed toward whatever car happens to be sitting there. Don’t rent a car from Hertz in Lomita they left a voicemail stating they cancelled my reservation two days before my rental date! Tried calling Lomita Hertz back and never got through I had to redo my reservation.
