Be carefully with this guy, Hieu Vuong. He can ruine your vacation. He blocked me 2 debit cards, with 500$ deposit, just to verify if my cards are accepted by hertz. Off course, it didn't work and hertz returned my money after 1 week, again, without signing any contract for leasing car. I won't rent cars from hertz EVER!!! I don't recomend it!!!
