Please be aware of rental car policies. If you do not have a credit card and you choose to use a debit card, they hold $500 into your account and RUN YOUR CREDIT for a Corolla rental. Ridiculous and rude management. Completely unhelpful Javier Bustamante worst manager ever experience. No where to be found on Expedia nor website nor after reservation was made did I receive any policy agreement that states it going to run my credit for using a debit card. We had an excellent experience with hertz. We hired a car in San Francisco to drive down to LA and do stops along the way. We got a perfect brand new SUV. We had the best service from Javier at this branch when we returned the car. He was super helpful and made the return process efficient and friendly. Javier went above and beyond! Would recommend and I would definitely use hertz garden grove again!
