Do not use them. They will steal your money. The dealer ship got me a rental thru hertz. Hertz called the dealership and told me to return the car. Unplanned return to the dealer ship so I returned it with just JUST under have half tank. It cost them 10 bucks to get it over half tank and they charged me 85. When I called to question they told me there was nothing they could do since they closed the account and processed the payment. Both of these things were done with out a phone call or text to me. I rent from this location often. I appreciate their new location on Commercial as it’s closer for me. Every representative I have met is kind and professional. They are all great!

I needed a rental car because my car was in the body shop. The insurance company arranged everything and when I arrived to pick up the car, the salesperson gives me the hard sell on increasing the insurance. I'm sure they are required to do this, but there were some fear tactics and he was wasting my time in front of my child. Then we go out to inspect the car and the exterior is quite dirty. Called me 2 hours before pickup saying they don't have the car I reserved but maybe I want to pay double for the car available. Friendly customer service. Inept failure of a company.
