I needed a rental car because my car was in the body shop. The insurance company arranged everything and when I arrived to pick up the car, the salesperson gives me the hard sell on increasing the insurance. I'm sure they are required to do this, but there were some fear tactics and he was wasting my time in front of my child. Then we go out to inspect the car and the exterior is quite dirty. Called me 2 hours before pickup saying they don't have the car I reserved but maybe I want to pay double for the car available. Friendly customer service. Inept failure of a company.
The middle eastern like man helped me with phone number to get some discount for overpaid car.
Great people. Very helpful, and they work hard.
