Only one Star because customer service was a big help but the female manager here is crooked planted weed in my car charged me a 400$ cleaning fee and I don't even smoke my job drug test I usually have good experience with hertz but this location is trash make sure you take pictures before and after of your vehicle

I(age 20) had a reservation for the age group of 20-24. Multiple points of the website, as well as someone at a call center, said that age 20 was permitted. This location turned me away and said that they require renters to be 21. Staff were friendly at first, but lacked compassion when faced with this issue and provided very circular responses.

I have rented once a month for years and you have made it almost impossible to speak to a human being. I left a $20 cup holder in the car. Returned the rental at 7pm and started calling at 8am. Tried calling for TWO hours and no one answered. By the time I got there after work, SURPRISE!!! The car had been rented.
