I wanted to do a rental on the 23rd for one day, but they told me I would need to extend my rental until the 26th because they would be closed. It doesn't make sense because this location offers after hour drop off and the agent told me I could use that service, but she then changed her mind and said I would need to pay extra $210 because they won't be able to check their inbox until Tuesday 26th.
