Das Auto wurde in einem Top Zustand, sauber und pünktlich zur Verfügung gestellt. Zudem konnte ich noch Fragen zum Handling, Tanken und ähnlichen stellen. Der Mitarbeiter vor Ort war sehr geduldig und hilfsbereit.

I have officially made this Hertz location on Hawthorne Blvd my absolute go-to for car rentals! The customer service here is consistently top-tier, but a huge shoutout goes to Julio and Rafael. They went above and beyond to take care of me, making the entire pickup and drop-off process completely seamless, professional, and stress-free. I reserved a pickup time for 0900, I walked through the doors at 0913 to pick up my vehicle to only find one employee working. The one employee was being the receptionist, cleaning out vehicles, and issuing out the rental causing a significant delay. It took 22 mins for me to get handed the keys due to him answering phone calls coming in while I was already standing there and one customer ahead of me.
