Michael was fantastic! An asset to Hertz.
Julio at Hertz in Torrance went above and beyond for us. He stayed late two separate times to help us figure out a complicated rental through our insurance. Most people would’ve clocked out and called it a day, but not Julio. He was kind, patient, understanding, and treated us like real people instead of just another customer.
