I was overcharged for my rental by a lot. The final price didn't match the quote and they added on extra fees. Worst of all, they charged me for gas after I refilled the gas tank. Nobody has contacted about my complaint even though I have reached out for assistance. I do not recommend this service.
Associates working didn't know how to print out receipt upon my return of vehicle & told me it would be emailed the next morning. Three full business days later and no receipt. Called customer service which their system is a joke because you can't get a person on the phone at that location. The person who answered the phone said they couldn't pull up my rental by name (which is ridiculous) and I need my rental number off the paperwork from when I picked up the car which I don't have.
