DO NOT RENT ON HERTZ!! The gas tanks are not always full... They don't know where the cars are, they give you the key and expect you to go out in a five stories parking lot looking for the car, very very efficient if you're in a rush. YOU BETTER GO TO AVIS that is just one block away. I got to rent here unfortunately but I'll avoid it, DONT FALL LIKE I DID.

I received a vehicle that needed the breaks done broken mirrors and stained seats i also recorded the representatives telling me to continue let the charges that were incorrectly being pulled from my account that eventually got my acct closed and just go back and dispute the charges with the representative at the location! The representatives on the line tell you one thing while the workers at the location have no record of what is being told to you This is by far the worse rental company I’ve ever had an experience with!

I had a great experience with Hertz. I really appreciate the way cia and the other representative handled my concerns — they were very respectful, patient, and professional throughout the process. They took the time to clearly explain everything and made sure my issue was fully resolved. The way they handled the situation was truly impressive and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Thank you for the excellent customer service!
