So bad...charged me an extra hour as their system was down and couldn't check me in. Only an hour but its the point. Windows - can't see out ... dirty. Smelled like cigarettes. Lastly- had 2/3 tank of fuel not full. They offered to fill it upon return (not to level I got it) On phone 45 minutes to get my hour back ... not good! Appreciate the auto apology and the 30 times the human agent apologized...not necessary... just do a better job.

Had accident in my car, so my insurance pay for a rental were hertz. Is the first truck they gave me was very nasty.All they did was rinse it off with clear water.The inside is dirty, the front of the car you could tell somebody been out of town.It was bugs stock oil on it.Just unprofessional. Call the next day to trade the car in and get a better one. But oh, wow, would I do that for still got dog hair in the car? DO NOT RENT ON HERTZ!! The gas tanks are not always full... They don't know where the cars are, they give you the key and expect you to go out in a five stories parking lot looking for the car, very very efficient if you're in a rush. YOU BETTER GO TO AVIS that is just one block away. I got to rent here unfortunately but I'll avoid it, DONT FALL LIKE I DID.
