Dreadful experience here. We booked an SUV but none was available so we were given a much smaller mid-size car which was filthy, smelled of smoke, was only half full of fuel and was poorly maintained. The desk clerk told us it was practically the same type as the car we’d ordered as it still had five seats!!! Immediately after collecting the car we had to find a gas station to fill up, buy air freshener and top up the water levels.
