No surprises with Hertz, always availability, wonderful costumer service at the front desk!
This is by far the most unprofessional, disgusting, disrespectful place I have ever been too! Management was very callous, condescending and ill mannered. They gave me a car with no gas and low tire pressure. I was willing to take care of the tire pressure but hours after I had the vehicle I was warned there was no oil. Keep in mind no gas was in the car so I had Already filled the tank. The next morning I called promptly to let them know I will be returning for an exchange. Edit: Updating to 5 stars as the corporate line got my problem resolved in <24 hours of reaching out, and thankfully they were not charging for the additional days that they thought we'd still had the vehicle for. Timeline of issue was that we'd picked up on the 10th, dropped off on the 12th, told we're good to go after giving the key to the desk clerk, then got a message on the 17th asking us to reach out about a late return 5 full days after we'd left Wisconsin.
