Once again Hertz failed. Rented me a vehicle that was so dirty you could not see properly out of the windows. Interior had greedy hand prints everywhere. The excuse was we don’t have a way to wash cars here. I asked if they had a voucher for a near by car wash and the answer was I wish. Also rented and paid on line and when I got there was told oh that didn’t include the taxes. Owed $60+ more. Not such a great deal. Bait and switch!!!!!
