Trash. The young woman who “helped” me, you need to stay put as you will 100% not make it anywhere else. Reservation made for five, email confirmation showed five, took time off work to be there before 5. Walked in, was told my reservation was cancelled, as it was for two o’ clock… I didn’t even make the reservation until after that. But, nothing they can do, go figure. Hertz Edmond S Broadway, Oklahoma is my go-to vehicle rental place. Rachael makes me feel like an important person and a valued client. The Vehicle rental was reserved for 0800. By 0803, I was on the road! That's fast service, great vehicle, and Hertz Gold experience was OUTSTANDING!
I would give zero stars if I could. Car was filthy inside and outside, fuel wasn’t full and they marked it at 90%when it was 75%, didn’t have the car ready until 1:00 but put it down as 12:30, and it had a bad smell…. Probably the worst car rental agency around.
