Came to pick up car, on the day at the location we picked and no one was there
I rented a vehicle from this Hertz location after my vehicle was involved in an accident where I was not at fault. While I appreciated receiving a rental vehicle, I was disappointed to discover that it was not properly maintained. The vehicle was showing signs that service was overdue, including low fluids, a check engine warning, and an oil change being needed. The car we rented was dirty inside and outside. Called so many times and never got answer except once and was put on hold and hanged up on.
I've checked online comments from others, abad rating given. I wished I had check ratings before rental. They do not answer there phone for refund, it's been 13 days ago I returned the car the same day. No one done nothing. Do not use this company a RIPOFF
