I would give zero stars if I could. Car was filthy inside and outside, fuel wasn’t full and they marked it at 90%when it was 75%, didn’t have the car ready until 1:00 but put it down as 12:30, and it had a bad smell…. Probably the worst car rental agency around.
Loved Rachael. Made this older person renting an easy enjoyable experience.
As of today: This place has a rating of 2.9. I wish I would have look at that 2 weeks ago! It would have saved me a lot of time and aggravation. If I could give this place 0 stars (or even negative), that's what I would do. Situation: I return the car 2 days earlier. The refund me based on early return. Thank you. This where it turns fuggly. DJ at the front desk made it very easy to rent through my company to TX. No issues very polite.
