Renting here was incredibly simple! Rachel was the rep that helped me (even when I was being difficult) and made sure I was in a comfortable vehicle that met my needs for a business trip.
I can't say that my entire experience was bad, just disappointing. The guy at the counter was nice and professional, however, he did not mention the "charge authorization amount" of $438.00 . I had to find that out after I had already left the facility and checked the receipt. He only mentioned the rental amount of $237.97. I'm ok with it, but it would have been nice to know at the beginning before I was charged on my card. The car was tattered with bird droppings , and not just a little.
