I've checked online comments from others, abad rating given. I wished I had check ratings before rental. They do not answer there phone for refund, it's been 13 days ago I returned the car the same day. No one done nothing. Do not use this company a RIPOFF

Horrible experience. Shy (the Manager allegedly) was unprofessional as hell. Cancelled my friend’s reservation (that was made a week prior) quite literally an hour an 10 minutes before the reservation time. Provided 0 solutions, and plainly stated “you can call Customer Service for a refund” and said we were out of luck. Could not understand her on the phone and when she was asked to walk inside because we could not understand her, she said she was not in the office and that she was the only one in the building at that time.... read more

I rented a suv from hertz on Broadway in Edmond. I returned the vehicle back filled up and exactly liked I received it. It took them several weeks to clear my credit card, with several calls from customer service, of extra charges. Not easy to get ahold of a local person. Even after customer service cleared All chargers and they were paid By Stare Farm, for a very short Term rental, a different department within Hertz has been sending letters with unsubstantiated charges. This was the most disappointing experience I've ever had with Hertz. The rental facility is a storefront in a strip mall, with no apparent dedicated area for storage, care, and preparation of the vehicles. The 2026 Nissan Versa that I rented was dirty inside and out, clearly not recently vacuumed or washed. Fifteen seconds after beginning to leave in the vehicle, I parked it and went back inside to inform staff that the car had only about a third of a tank of fuel. Hertz Edmond S Broadway, Oklahoma is OUTSTANDING. Rachael always makes my wife and I feel like valued customers.The Vehicle rental was reserved for 1000. By 1005, we were on the road! That's fast service, great vehicle, and Hertz Gold experience was OUTSTANDING!
