I chose Hertz as a company I could trust. WRONG....after picking up our car and driving several hours, we encountered rain. The wipers only smeared the window making driving impossible. The Hertz office we called sent us to Firestone to get them replaced, but in the end, Hertz refused to pay for them! We had to invest $53.48 to be able to drive with safe wiper blades! The car reaked of cigarette smoke, I had to put air in a tire and a friend had to jump it. The process of getting and returning the car was real smooth and easy.
A rental car company with no cars to rent shouldn’t be a company. Flew in last minute for a family emergency and was stranded because there are no cars to rent. Ridiculous.
