This Apopka Hertz location is ridiculous including the staff. I made a reservation online for a Nissan Maxima and I paid full amount for 3 days for out of town drive for work related. When I picked up the car on Monday(4/16) at 12pm. The staff said they don’t have Nissan Maxima. Instead they gave me a Mercedes since they said it’s in the same Category with Nissan Maxima. The Mercedes is so dirty with birds poof and has couples of pre-existing damages w/c I thought minors only including the loose cover on the front tire. But ... read more
Don't go here. Your rental reservation means nothing. And when they don't have your car when you show up........it is all on you to figure out if other Hertz or other rental agencies might have a car. They are rather too busy to help you I was told.
