My 2 stars are for Empress and Delvin. They both helped get me in a car while mine was being repaired at dealership. I picked the car up on a Thurs @2pm and returned on Sat @11am and got charged for 4 days, $165 and then charged me another $17.65 for a toll bill that I was never told about. When I call to ask why I was overcharged I was told they didn't get the car back from the dealer until Mon. UPDATE: Someone called me and walked me through everything and she stated I would get refunded for the two days. I appreciate the follow through. This was the worst financial decision I made. The staff was friendly and courteous but I have been overcharged and struggling to get a refund. I initially rented the car for 4 days but was able to return it in 2. I had prepaid for the car when I rented it on 4/29 but when I returned it on 4/29, I was told I had to call billing for a refund for the 2 days. Billing has only agreed to... read more

Was told that my $50 deposit would go back onto my card automatically but instead I got another charge of $50
