I made a 8am reservation a month ago for an electric vehicle. I arrived at 8:15am this morning and was told they had to find a vehicle for me. Front desk clerk was nice but whoever she was relaying info to in the back was rude. While I was waiting on them to find me a vehicle I asked if I could pick up one from another location and was told I could just go somewhere else. Friendly staff, great service. The vehicle provided was clean and well maintained.
I recently rented from this location. It is infuriating from the car rental to the customer service! I never received my receipt and was charged for an extra day that I didn’t have the vehicle! The vehicle was dirty has ripped seats and reaked of marijuana smell. I had to re-wash all my clothes I took home for the holidays and to add insult to injury I never received the refund for extra day I was charged.
