I had a great experience with Hertz! The service was excellent, and the whole process was easy and convenient. The car was in great condition, and I felt reassured knowing that both the car and I were insured. The staff made the transaction smooth and hassle-free, and I really appreciated not having to worry about filling up the tank before returning the car. Overall, it was a very positive experience!

Didn't have the reserved car or anything similar (a hybrid for a cross country road trip)available, I canceled my order, still got a no show fee, now sitting through 3 phone calls for more than a hour to get a refund.
