Yes, as others have stated it is a smooth process but I returned my rental a week ago and they are still trying to take money from my account and still have not released the funds back. Contacted my bank and they told me that hertz still has the hold. I’ve tried calling the local office and no answer at all and I’ve tried calling at different times of the day and still no answer.
Excellent service I was in and out with in 10 minutes! Highly recommend!
What a joke - the link the bot listed below doesn’t exist. I’ve called and left multiple messages with the agent. Reporting this business to the BBB. Please don’t use!!! Every single time I rent from hertz, there is an unauthorized charge on my credit card after returning. No notice. No email. Nothing. It’s fraudulent. I brought this up at a dinner with friends and they also said this happens to them. How is this company allowed to do this? Never using again. Lesson learned.
