I had a very frustrating experience with your customer service team. The employees I spoke with were unable to provide clear answers or direct me to someone who could offer further assistance. When I requested to speak with a supervisor, my request was refused, and my concerns were dismissed in a manner I found rude and unprofessional. I understand that everyone can have an off day, I just wish I was able to gain more clarity on my issue.
Worst Hertz drop off experience. We were told they were open until noon on Saturday. Here to drop off car and there’s no drop box and they are closed. We were told to take the car to nearest Hertz by customer service which also took forever to connect to. Waste of time and distance.
Worst experience the lady in the front desk is very very rude and unprofessional. The guy next to her jumped to help me and I had to wait 20 minutes because the car was not ready. I got the car for 2 weeks After returning the car I received an email says success your rental has been extended and they charges me for the third week and they added other charges their system keeps charging automatically.
Had alot of trouble finding a rental here last minute but Hunter was able to help me out and get me out of an annoying situation to say the least! Would definitely recommend this store and the staff they are very friendly and helpful.
The staff at this rental agency were exceptional; they went above and beyond to resolve our situation with great patience and understanding—completely different from other rental agencies.
