We could not get another vehicle after our truck was hit by a 18 wheeler

Terrible customer service. Understaffed office. Front desk clerk will lie when you return your rental vehicle about something made up, so they can get a paid detail of your vehicle. TAKE Before And After Pics.
This manager was soooo bias and prejudice without any respect for me. And the black male is acting like an uncle tom . Running back inside the office after asking me where I was going to return the vehicle!!! After speaking with Priceline with booking reservation made a request for a one way.. and the manager got highly upset bc I was going to use the vehicle for 3 days but I returned it the very next day..
