Despite the fact that you can book a rental car from Middle Village, this Hertz location is closed. We had to scramble and rebook with the Enterprise down the street. Absurd and disappointing.
AVOID!!! Location is completely shut up and closed, even though Hertz let me book it more than a week in advanced. Hugely disappointing and had ruined my weekend plans. Don't book here.
First time trying hertz, reserved a car 3 weeks prior to the actual pick up date so i don't get stranded, got to the place, they did not honor my reservation, got stranded. last time trying hertz or recommending it anyone. worst experience ever.
THIS IS CLOSED!! but not updated somehow on the booking website, so you can still book cars. I arrived and was left without a car and had to arrange other transportation. Unbelievable that that is possible for a company as big as Hertz
UPD location is closed. Apparently no one knew about it and didn’t believe me when I called customer line 🤷
