Returning my car rental was pleasant.
Very poor service. We showed up for a car reservation only to be told they had 'tried to contact us' — which is simply not true, as our contact information was clearly provided everywhere. This is just blatant disrespect towards customers. On top of that, the location is very far from the city center. They clearly don’t value my time. Do not book here if you don’t want to be misled.
Best Hertz around for sure, never waited more than like 5 min for a car. Also it's a 10 min walk from the Metropolitan (M) train stop which is a plus!
