Jo was very patient and efficient even under the high pressure morning rush !
NEVER had such a "bad" experience renting a car. I had a reservation went down just to hear that they don't have a car for me!!!! All they did is cancel my reservation, I looked in their parking and saw a few cars sounded like they were just lazy. Not comparable to the great service I had in LGA. Anyone can advise what i can do????
I had an awful experience with Vivian at this location.
Overcharged me $143 for fuel, despite my returning the car with the same amount of fuel as given. I even confirmed this with the employee when I returned the car and he said it was fine. Then the bill came Edit: in response to the owner's comment - I have been on hold on the phone for 30 minutes now trying to seek help, and the website will not let me start a help chat.
