I had an awful experience with Vivian at this location.
Overcharged me $143 for fuel, despite my returning the car with the same amount of fuel as given. I even confirmed this with the employee when I returned the car and he said it was fine. Then the bill came Edit: in response to the owner's comment - I have been on hold on the phone for 30 minutes now trying to seek help, and the website will not let me start a help chat.
Waste of time came from queens since they’re the only hertz near by and they tell me that my reservation is not there I show them the confirmation number didn’t even bother to look it up I asked them why wasn’t I at least given a call and she had nothing to say
Hertz is the best ! They called me to confirm appointment and pick up and that they moved to new location.. everything smooth and they have the best cars ! Very professional and reliable!
One of the worst rental car experiences I have ever had. I had a confirmed 9:00 AM reservation and arrived at the location at 8:20 AM. Despite arriving early, the agent, Vivian, skipped over us and assisted customers who arrived after we did. After waiting approximately 30 minutes in line, we were finally informed that Hertz had no vehicles available and that the earliest they might be able to provide one was noon—three hours after our confirmed reservation time.
