No stars! The representatives were rude and unaccommodating. I canceled my rental and went to Enterprise. Where I received friendly fast service and got exactly what I needed for a week.
Do not rent from here. Have had a hold for over a month for a reservation fee after cancellation due to them wanting to over charge for the rental. Hertz can’t even figure out their information on their end to aid in anything at all, plus the system supposedly lost my information and they refuse to help.
Quick and easy. Vehicle was what I ordered and was ready to go.
