Book a car for a Day at 12h pm. They had no cars available. The staff is absolutely useless and unfriendly. Absolutely zero help from the two staff at the counter. They told me they cant cancel my booking after 12pm and cant refund me... But they had no car so it wasnt my fault !! First and Last time.
Terrible experience staff completely unhelpful basically got stranded without a car even though it was reserved in-app never don't come to this location at the very least go to DFW
Never have I seen such a sad business and to have the Hertz name is a disgrace. So much so I have stopped using Hertz for future rentals. I had booked via the Hertz app and my reservation was confirmed. On arrival at this location the unfriendly staff advised there are no cars available, and said i have to wait, when asked how long they said no idea, just until a car is returned.
