Awful! Worst customer service experience I’ve probably ever had. If you make a reservation weeks in advance like I did, you will show up and they will also have no cars they will be willing to give you. Expect to be yelled at and harassed. It’s worth paying more elsewhere trust me. I wasted half a day with the manager and his nasty employee. He had a terrible attitude as well (the guy with the hat). Horrible people. PLEASE AVOID!!
Hertz in general this location. I reserved a car and thank goodness I called before heading over. I called to see if I could collect my reserved rental early and I was informed that my reservation was not available. If I had known that there was a clear discrepancy between the Hertz network and their affiliates I would have never booked. On top of that I was told they the 358USD I used to book the car would only be refunded in 10-15days. Horrible customer service and horrible experience.
deserves 0 stars please avoid this location completely. rude staff and wont honor your reservation i had to cancel 2 times. Scammers : guy and her manager said they only had an electric vehicle. That was my only option or I could pay $170 more for a gasoline powered vehicle upgrade.
Horrible staff. Not worth the hassle, choose a different rental. Just want to get more money from you. Worst customer experience
I am short of words all i have to say is that they have a very terrible customer service. Extremely rude staffs. If I can have my way, I will give them minus for my star review
