The first vehicle had extreme interior wear and smelled like tobacco smoke. The second replacement vehicle, had mechanical issues.
It's a Sunday and ask the Hertz locations are closed besides the airport ones. I tried to call the location where I picked up the car but the phone is disconnected (JAX airport) and has been like that for close to a month! Corporate customer service literally kept telling me "YOU HAVE TO RETURN THE CAR OR ELSE! The system is saying it's impossible to add a day!", and when I tried online it gave me the option but kept erroring out when I was just trying to extend the stay by one day.
