Awesome experience renting from Hertz at the Asheville Airport location and drop off in Gainsville Airport. Customer service was the best part. Vehicle was in great condition.
Brian was rude and disrespectful. Also, there is no need for a Hertz employee to be taking commands from an Avis car rental employee. All around disrespectful and unprofessional.
Minnerva and Paris were so professional and helpful during my first time. I travel a lot for work so it’s extremely important for me to have a vehicle to rent. Thanks to these two ladies I will continue to rent cars from Hertz in Gainesville, Florida
