SCAMMERS ALERT Ive rented cars plenty of times but this location takes the cake for being the absolute worst The staff is beyond rude and unprofessional its like they train them to be hostile The manager is no better just as dismissive and unhelpful Both times I rented here the cars were barely clean the last one had trash like candy wrappers stuffed in the cup holders and console disgusting for what youre paying They nickel and dime you every step of the way with zero care for customers Im under 25 so I expect the young dri... read more
Cusomters beware! I received the vehicle an hour late, and it had empty beer cans inside. I returned the vehicle the same night. Now, I'm being accused of causing damages that I did not do. The pre-inspection photos are unclear and do not clearly show whether the damages were already present before I rented the vehicle. After returning it, the company immediately pointed out very minor damages, almost as if they knew exactly where to look. Overall, this has been a very unprofessional experience.
