Was a loyal customer until now. They decided to pull the damage scam today. They made sure the car was wet before taking the circle pictures, and took pictures at angles/in shadows that hid dents. We had a false sense of security that the condition was well documented, but the pictures were so poor the details (dents) were not clearly visible. Was provided a rental car from a dealership and was charged $90 with no explanation.
Absolutely terrible experience. As a first-time car renter, I expected at least a basic explanation of the rental process and any additional charges I should be aware of. Instead, I was told next to nothing when I picked up the vehicle. After checking my Visa statement, I noticed I had been charged an additional $30 for fuel—a charge that was never explained or even mentioned at pickup.
