Very slow service. Arrived about 10m after our designated rental time but waitied over 40minutes until we got our rental vehicle (only had one employee at the counter with 2 other customers in front). Parking was busy but accessing the parking lot is terrible with the busy Winchester / I-15 gridlock blocking the entrances and exits.

I called to ask a quick question about after hour drop off the employee answer the phone with an attitude and said “this is Maria, I’m with a customer right now if it’s not something quick, I need your phone number to call you back” That is not how you’re supposed to answer the phone she politely could’ve asked if she can place me on hold. “This is hertz, may I place you on hold” GOES A LONG WAY. I reserved a car days in advance . I got dropped off only to have them tell me they didnt have any cars .no explanation suggestions on wnat to do nothing, just no cars ,bye. I wasnt the only one there either. How can you reserve a car then they rented to someone else. I had to walk to enterprise and they told me they have people come from hertz all the time. Would not recommend will not try to rent from hertz again.
