I had a very disappointing experience at the Hertz Temecula location. I went there expecting to rent a safe, clean, properly maintained vehicle, but the cars I was shown were completely unacceptable. I looked at three different Buicks, and all three had issues with their alarms or the smell of smoke was so strong I couldn’t even sat in the car. I got the opportunity to be helped by Maria twice. She was very friendly and helpful. She answered all my questions to my needs. I gonna be straight up though. There are peak hours for rental and you may need to wait in line and be patient. But my experience was good and definitely return to that location.

Waited almost 45 minutes and that's after I checked in online. Had to do a full wash inside and out myself because the car was filthy inside and out. Never again.
