All of the team members there are amazing, including Michael! Steven is also amazing and so helpful!
Disappointing. Got here at 8am, there's 5 people in the lobby and only 1 guy. There's other employees, they walked around the lobby or peeked out, and yet its 8:26am and only one employee helping. Ridiculous.
I’d rather walk to Vegas barefoot than use Hertz again. They never answer the phones whether it is local or corporate. Even their online support agents don’t answer. They made returning the vehicle after hours way too difficult because unlike other places there was no drop slot for the car key. But sadly a lot of these rental places suck including the local Enterprise. Your best bet is to just take your own car or go with a friend. You were warned.
The employees here are great-kind, courteous and generally in a good mood. They do multitask pretty well and work hard. However the location is very understaffed-especially for a thrifty/budget/dollar/hertz location. Not sure how that works but as others have said, expect at least an hour and a half to pick up your car and half hour to return. If I could give them zero stars I would!!! When I booked my vehicle online I picked a vehicle that I wanted and I paid for, upon arrival they have told me that the vehicle I rented was already rented out. I reserved the vehicle I chose for a reason what is the purpose of choosing a vehicle online if when you go to pick it up it’s not available then they try to give me a bigger car and I did not want that!
