Polite and helpful people but a chronically understaffed location. Expect wait time to be an hour or more.
Steven absolutely made my entire experience. His customer service is next level, friendly, efficient, and genuinely cares about helping people. Worst Hertz Ive experienced. Over 1 hour wait to drop off car. 1 employee only. Avoid this location and choose another company.
Slow. No concept of efficient workflow. they leave the lobby unattended for extended periods of time leaving the customers lingering. the lobby help leaves to vacuum cars. And they charge extra for two drivers, which isn't disclosed at the time of reservation. Last time i'll ever come here.
