WOW! I was NOT expecting that to be so easy! After booking, I realized I had selected a pick-up/drop-off location that was nowhere convenient for my trip. I called and spoke with Heidi, who was super pleasant to talk to. You could hear her smile through the phone. I reserved a car through booking.com, to be picked up @5 pm. I arrived on time. I Walk in the building, the person at the desk immediately has a bad attitude. After asking if she could help me. I told her I had a reservation and gave her my name. She says “we don’t have that car,booking.com doesn’t take your phone number, so I couldn’t call you.” Then she goes back to talking to a man there.
