I swear to God If there's less than one star I would put it ..don't rent from this company don't waste your money and time most important don't waste your energy..they are Thieves take it from my experience i rent a car and they took money and they said if there is no damage they will return and there was no damage they said it will take 5 business days to return to my account and now it has been almost two months when I called them they kept playing around with excuses
I always rent with Hertz, but I specifically choose this location because of Abdi and Anika. Their customer service is amazing every single time professional, friendly, and super helpful. They make the rental process smooth and stress-free, which is rare compared to other locations. I only come here because I know I’ll always be taken care of properly.
I called to extend my rental ,the guy who took the phone was talking so rude then put me on hold for 7 minutes for no reason then hang up my phone .please learn how to talk to the customer .aug 29 8:00am And it happened twice
This Hertz is a scam. They are charging me 8 hours of labor for a 2 inch scratch, where damaged already existed. They will not provide the proper paperwork. They will not answer questions regarding charges. I would never rent here again.
