Hi there , I’ve been trying to reach you all morning on July 14, 2025. I even left a voice mail message. May you please kindly call me back? It’s regarding a reservation from Fleet car, Wheels. Thank you
Customer service here is horrible. There is no customer service! The same person calls you without identifying themselves as a HERTZ employee and to be honest RUDE! Also, the constant calls to confirm the reservation are not needed when we had done our own diligence in confirming the reservation on line!!
This location is absolutely helpless. Came in today to rent a vehicle. Told the employee I have my gold plus status and he said we don't do an upgrade here for your status. He suggested to book online for this specific location to use the gold status for upgrading, I did it, he said that even if you did online we do not guarantee you for your vehicle. Told him it says available at your location online, then he said that we can just cancel it anyways. Should not even stay in business with this kind of service.
Employees calling me 8 hours before rental and telling me we don’t have anything available at all Why is the location open and website open it you don’t have anything available.
