Absolutely terrible experience with Hertz at Woodbridge. This was my first time trying to use their service, and it was a complete disaster. I made a reservation, then needed to change the pickup time. Their website would not let me modify it, so I had to cancel the reservation and book again. After that, I repeatedly called the location to confirm the vehicle, but nobody answered. Not once multiple times. Customer service was completely useless, and my calls and messages were ignored. Fransisco and the other gentleman were extremely professional, quick to respond. Showed me the car, explained everything about it and answered any questions I had. Drop off was smooth as butter and the team were quick and efficient. One of the easiest rental experiences by far. Note to management - Keep those guys happy!
