Awful if I could give this place a negative 10 I would. From the check in which was awful with the manager Dakota Wright and his fake smile and lies about not have the SUV that was reserved 3 days in advance by the insurance company. He then lied again that he would call and never did. I called and he hid and had the girl who worked in the office lie again for him. Rented (and prepaid for!) a car online at this location as it was the only location of any rental car company in Mobile that purported to have cars available. But turns out they *also* had no cars available. The second star is because the manager (Dakota) did manage to call me to let me know that before I showed up there at 8:00 to get it. Booked my rental 24hrs prior, showed up and was told they never had a car despite knowing about my reservation. No phone call ahead of time, no ability to even refund my card in person. Have been on hold with customer “service” waiting for them to answer for 28 minutes so far.
