Claudius, who helped me when recently renting a vehicle, was great. I had a very bad experience at Alamo/National rentals before coming to Hertz. Claudius went above and beyond and made my experience very pleasant. I will now make Hertz my first choice when I need to rent a car again.

Had a car reservation for today. I got off early as a could a drive across town to pick it up. I got there at 4:58. Door was locked. Guy sat in his chair stared at me until 5:01. Then he walked up and opened the door and said “we’re closed”. I told him I was here 2 minutes before closing time and he replied “I don’t care about any of that”. Totally unprofessional. I’ve fired employees for less. Won’t be using Hertz again.

Go see Dakota at the West Mobile location if you need a rental. He is the best! He goes above and beyond. Thank you for your awesome customer service we receive everytime we rent from you. We will be back again!
