I had to rent a car due to someone hitting my car. My insurance company stated they would pay in full except the $50 which Hertz stated it was only a deposit and I would get it back. I returned the car on the 12th of this month and I was told give it 24 hours and I would see the money back in my account.. it’s been 18 days and nothing!!! Claudus Mickels is the absolute worst manger or so called manger I have ever experienced. We booked a reservation and when we get here he is wanting to charge double stating we have to give you a larger vehicle, but you have to pay the difference because they did not have what we booked online. Never once when they called to let us know it would be DOUBLE the price. He simply said I’m sorry this is what it will be or you can leave !!!! Totally unprofessional. Anytime I call on behalf of my customer I sit on hold for over 15 minutes at a time just to be greeted with an attitude. Instead of simply stating there is an issue with the microphone they stare “well I can’t hear you lady”.. I will never recommend any of my customers to this location.
