The guys in the office were extremely helpful and very nice.
Absolutely horrible service. We reserved a car online before going into the store where they told us they didn’t have any cars at all. They were not helpful and did not seem the least bit concerned with the problem we were dealing with. Horrible customer service! Do not rely on this business (or any part of the chain even) at all! They are horrible!
Very nice employees.
I try so hard to give the benifit of the doubt but just dont. Hertz was once a good company. Not anymore. Cancelations old cars just bad business.
