Much easier to checkin & checkout. Received a vehicle needed , personal at counter was nice & helpful. Everything went as expected. It was easy quick 1 min walk to get to car. Checking counter is in airport, so shuttle needed for pickup & drop. Highly recommend this airport & Hertz.
Flight got canceled. They had plenty of cars to choose from. Made it to my destination on time. Not to mention they hooked me up with a super nice car for a really good price. NEW UPDATE: upon pickup of the rental I was told about an existing rock chip from initials J.F. Who had me sign the one piece of paper stating there was a rock chip and that what I paid for the 26 hyundi sanota car rental. Billngs Hertz is the best!
Sometimes the good experience is about the people. Landing at 12pm, Scott was a refreshing positive attitude that made the process seamless. Really enjoyed the conversation with him, hes down to earth, friendly, and professional. Returning the car to him only 7 hours later, he was still in a jovial mood. I use Hertz mostly and if I ever get to Billings again, would be delighted to see him again!
I am giving this review a five star before having returned the vehicle because a Mr Nathan absolutely went above and beyond even warning of windshield chips that need to be marked out and told to the company before heading out on the journey. Thank you Mr Nathan again for the saving of a deductible payment. Would give Nathan a 10 out of 10 if I could
