Love this place and the people. I rent a car every 2-3 weeks. I used to go to the airport, but now I only go to Hertz in Westlake. The service is amazing. Allows kind, helpful, the cars are clean and great. And able to talk to them if needing versus a “1-800” number. So grateful
Don't waste your time. They do not have the inventory that they advertise. You book a car to show up and it's not available and theres not even any similar substitutions.
Tim and Morgan are a pleasure to see every time I rent. Helpful. Friendly. Professional. Courteous. Such a wonderful personalized experience to rent from that location.
Very nice company to deal with
Twice I have made reservations here, and twice they failed to honor them. They either cancelled on the same day or didn't notify me at all until I arrived at the counter. Zero reliability and terrible communication. Do not book here if you actually need a car.
