Had a reservation for over a month. Walked in this morning and no cars available. They said they tried to call but booked through a travel agent and didn’t have my number even though my rewards profile was tied to it. Now waiting on an Uber (20 min away) to take me home… to get my car. At least I have that option, others don’t.
Not actually open on Saturdays. Google and Hertz are both wrong - false advertisement
If I could leave a zero I would, a person can follow EVERY rule the set and still Hertz finds any reason to over charge you take your deposit. I’ll never rent from this company. It’s trash for sure

I dropped my car i rented at Auto Nation in Amherst Ohio on the 22 of February every thing was great 👍
