I have never been better treated by anyone in the hospitality industry as well as I was treated this morning. Additionally I was contacted earlier this morning about my arrival time. Just doesn't get better than this. I am looking forward to my next rental at the Wyndham Garden Inn Westlake.
Made a reservation in advance, went to the location and they don’t have any Vehicles available.
Love this place and the people. I rent a car every 2-3 weeks. I used to go to the airport, but now I only go to Hertz in Westlake. The service is amazing. Allows kind, helpful, the cars are clean and great. And able to talk to them if needing versus a “1-800” number. So grateful
Don't waste your time. They do not have the inventory that they advertise. You book a car to show up and it's not available and theres not even any similar substitutions.
Tim and Morgan are a pleasure to see every time I rent. Helpful. Friendly. Professional. Courteous. Such a wonderful personalized experience to rent from that location.
