If there was a way to post negatively I would. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE. No notification of the three day minimum even though I booked long in advance. Refused to rent the car to me when I arrived on business. Even though I agreed to pay the three day minimum. Area manager hid behind the poor customer service representatives behind the counter and was ‘not available’ - this is no way to run a business. Absolutely do not use!!!!! We are on vacation and reserved a vehicle online. I got confirmation of vehicle availability via text and email. When we arrived the person working behind the counter was useless and said it’s impossible to get vehicles on same day. Enterprise was amazing. We could and immediately got a rental. I would Enterprise
Lady working the counter was so nice. I was using a different agency and they left me high and dry when someone suggested this place. Hertz has been a much better experience.
Negative 3 out of 10. Do not go here. They unilaterally cancel your reservation then tell you there’s no cars available. No phone call, no written policy - just whatever he feels like he wants to do behind the counter. He kept claiming he had no cars and finally admitted he did have a few but despite having a NEW reservation number he still stood back there like a vegetable not knowing how to provide any sort of customer service. I rented one for today so I could go pick a car up great rep. Kind took a few minutes waiting hopefully there be on time 12:00 am 5/6
