Wow look at how many people below had the same issue with a car being dirty at pick up, then being charged for their mistake. How are you letting this happen, no one has even called me day 2 now. I will update this as long as it takes. Update: After drop-off: My daughter rode in the vehicle (12) the last day to return it in the back seat. She found a cigarette butt. I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Hertz on 400 cooper point road. Olympia, Wa. When we picked up our rental vehicle, it was clearly not cleaned. There was leftover food from the previous driver still inside the car, which my kids almost ate before I noticed. This was not only unsanitary but could have made them sick. On top of that, the oil warning light was already on when we received the vehicle. Car advertising online was not available but they did have a more expensive vehicle!!!!!

Showed up without a reservation and the staff was able to accommodate my needs. They were very helpful.
