These guys are great idk how they have only 3 stars. Enterprise let me "reserve" a car only for me to show up and not have one. At least when you reserve with hetz there's actually a car reserved.
Where to start? I have used Hertz before but not at this location. I booked my rental online. I picked a vehicle that would accommodate the two seniors that would be traveling in the vehicle. I drove an hour one way to pick up the car. I reserved a Jeep Compass, a lower to the ground kind of car. What they had available for me was a Jeep Wrangler. Please DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! Terrible customer service and liars. We got there at 4:58 for a 5pm pick up, but the door was closed. The next day we went and they called us liars. They didn’t have sympathy for our trip getting messed up and tried forcing us to get a Mustang when we asked for a SUV. Stay far away from this place, read and listen to the bad reviews it’s real…
I had to drive two hours out of my way for hertz to take a digital copy of my drivers license and digital signature. People were nice, wont ever be using Hertz again.
Good staff, good car. Everything went as smoothly as I could hope.
