We rented a car here in September 2023. A rock chip occurred while we had the car. We were told when we returned the car not to worry about it. 13 months later we received a bill for over $800 for windshield. At this point it was too late to put a claim in to insurance provided by our credit card. We are very angry and had to pay out of pocket for something that would have been covered had we been notified in a timely manner.

The Hurtz sign is BLACK, not the Yellow you are looking for. In between Habitat for Humanity and Good Will. The sign is hard to see.

It was very convenient to pick up at the Portland airport. The drop off in Olympia was not far from my destination. Everyone was very curtious and professional.

Arranged for early AM pick up. Called them a night before telling that I’ll be there first thing in the morning to get a car pretty quickly and get going. Showed up and all of their cars were dirty so they told me I had to wait 30 mins. I asked for another vehicle but they said that they are all dirty and they need to clean them. Very sad that I even called a night prior to confirm that I can have a vehicle ready for me but had to wait 30 mins.
