Very friendly and helpful staff
This is by far my best car rental experience! They were so very helpful and authentic here! Great staff and team! When I come back to Washington I will definitely be coming here!
Called in morning to let them know I was coming at around 11 am asked what I needed to do, I had a reservation under my car ins. They didn’t provide a ride from shop they didn’t tell me I needed a 50 dollar deposit didn’t have the right size car so I am stuck waiting to get ahold of someone to pick me up. They suck.
My car rental was easy to book by calling in with the help of AAA. I also called the Hertz office ahead of time to confirm the pick up time and the transition was smooth. They provided confirmation emails and a report with pictures included with the pick up. My personal vehicle was in for repair so Hertz picked up the rental vehicle from my auto shop so I wouldn’t have two cars on my hands and would need to make other arrangements.
