We made reservations online for a minivan. I had read bad reviews from Hertz before, but we decided to try it out. On the day of picking it up. We had to wait 30 minutes for the single employee there to take care of a customer. When we finally get our turn, we are told that a car that size requires a credit card, which we did not have. Great and quick service. Counter service was nice, polite, professional, and quick! They explained all options in detail and very helpful with our concerns. The rental car was clean and ready for us and counter personal made sure before pulling up car for us. The prices are very competitive for the area, especially with us doing a one way trip and dropping the car off in Arizona after our trip.
