I have been renting from Hertz for almost 4 months now. I used to be an Enterprise renter for years but Hertz Car Rental sold me with better prices and more great offers, I highly recommend joining their free Gold Membership as well. The guys here in the Sierra Ave office are so awesome, they're very professional and fast at what they do (10/10). I am always in and out of the office real quick. I rented a car there this week. Upon returning the car, no one was there on the yard to direct me on where to park the car. There were no signs, nothing to let me know where to return a rental. So I parked the car in a safe place. After I parked the car and got out of the vehicle, a guy ran up to me and yelled, “YOU CAN’T PARK THE CAR THERE MA’AM!!!” You need to park the car by the wall over there!!! Ron is a great manager at the Fontana office. The person that works in San Bernardino is he literate it takes in 40 minutes for each customer I never rather pay $30 to go to Fontana and I stay in San Bernardino.
Cic and Ron went above and beyond. Cic explained everything in detail, no hidden fees. Ron made the selection of the vehicle easy and smooth. Upon return, he allowed me to wait inside prior to them officially being opened, while I waited for my Uber. After disappointment after disappointment with Uber he took it upon himself to close the experience on a better note. Forever grateful for your attentiveness, Ron. God bless.
