After Horrible experience at San Bernardino Hertz/Dollar/Thrifty, my reservation was transferred to this location. Avi honored the reservation with exceptional service. It was worth the drive.
Good team in the Fontana location they work hard to get you going.
The experience was enjoyable the staff very helpful and prompt.
The rental agent and branch manager provided excellent customer service. The vehicle a Ford Bronco exceeded my expectations in regard to mileage per gallon, the handling was excellent both on the surface streets on the highway and in rush hour traffic. The price was reasonable and affordable!
