One of the worst locations ever. Even if you book a mid size vehicle, they dont have that or even a full size. They force you to rent their SUVs. After you wait for an hour or so, the mid size vehicles magically appear out of nowhere even though there were no returns. ( i was sitting right there in their waiting area looking for customers for any returns). The customer service is also really bad. They talk to you as if you owe them something. And also, this wasn't the only time they've done that.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this Hertz location that nearly derailed a family Christmas vacation. Less than an hour before my scheduled pickup, I received a voicemail from an employee named Marvin informing me that the vehicle I had already paid for in advance (a Chevy Tahoe or similar) was not available. When I called back, he placed me on hold to speak with a manager and later offered a Toyota Sienna instead, along with covering fuel and tolls. Given the time pressure, I agreed. The customer service at this location is extremely poor. The staff are consistently rude and often seem to be in a bad mood. I’m not sure whether this is due to being extremely busy or simply a lack of interest in their work, but I have never experienced them speaking politely to customers. There is one person who is very professional, I believe she may be the manager. Despite the consistently bad service, I often pick up my car from this location purely due to convenience.
