*** Just across the street Interprise will get you car in 5 minutes 4 hrs 23 minutes to get a uncleaned car at $10 discount and get turned away for Using Robinhood Credit card. This is the worst place to rent a car. The customer service is horrible, imagine them giving out the car I reserved and asking me to pay extra like as if it was my fault. Save yourself and rent elsewhere

I reserved a car online and paid for an Uber to go get the car, only to be told at the counter that the car I reserved was not available. But I could have this other car at double the price! It is honestly not the clerk's fault because it is an online system offering cars that aren't there, but corporate needs to do better so their front line people don't have to deal with people who feel like they've been baited and switched, especially those who paid to transport themselves to rent the car.

I would give zero stars if the rating system aloud. Worst customer service ever. Poorly managed, poorly staffed, staff is not well train and does not seem to care about actually working.
