Called 27 times from 0900 their alleged opening time, until 0930 and received so answer. Edit: Still on the phone calling but they have time to response to reviews, WITHOUT reading them at that. If I could give zero stars believe me I would. Please do not rent here.
Ms. Jenkins at the Newark, De location is absolutely wonderful! Is always recommend her to anyone. And the other staff is great too. They are a great team!
Very disappointing experience with Hertz. I had a reservation for 9a. and arrived at 8:57a., but the location remained closed until 9:22a. There were already several customers waiting, and there was no apology or acknowledgment for the delayed opening. Even after they opened, I wasn’t serviced until 10:16a and didn’t actually leave with the vehicle until 10:32a.
