60 unused cars parked in the lot on Sunday and on Monday morning! What a waste for clients who cannot get a car because this was unstaffed all weekend. Also, what a waste of parking spaces for clients trying to use the airport. Hertz, you need better management here, find staff to work on weekends and make better use of your assets.
Couldn’t even find the location trying to handle business and was such an inconvenience.
Won’t answer phone….ever
