Easy to pick up and drop off. Front desk person very helpful and knowledgeable. Easy walk to pick up the car and drop off simple as my flight was very early and I was able to park the vehicle and drop off the keys in the airport lockbox. I will rent from Hertz again in the future. Note: I have updated my review to 5 stars as I inadvertently mistook the final bill to be in US dollars BUT the final bill agrees to the AAA/CAA rate (final bill in Canadian dollars and agrees to the AAA rate that I locked in before my travel date ... read more

1. Cheat, lie, try to force people to buy additional insurance. 2. Refuse to check vehicle or walk around, force you to sign the vehicle condition before you see the vehicle. 3. Refuse to produce paper receipt after charge $384 security deposit. They said the will send receipt through email in 10 minutes, but that email was not received until the day I wrote this review. 4. If i could give a zero star i would. I came from waterloo Ontario and was in need of a car in Saskatoon. I had called before hand to make sure it would ok that i did not have a credit card. I was told that is fine i would just need to have a deposit. When i got to the desk at the airport not only was i told that i have to have a credit card but that if i call the specific hertz at the Saskatchewan airport and no one picks up there that it will immediately go to the us call centre. Prompt, friendly. Easy renting, and quick return. I booked through priceline and they accepted the booking and price, no issues.

Agents seemed to be totally untrained in customer service. Despite a reservation, there was no car available so waited 40 minutes for a vehicle to be delivered. It was not the type of vehicle I had reserved but at that point I had little choice.
