On October 18, I was rear-ended by another vehicle while driving a Hertz rental car. I was not at fault in this accident (0% liability). I booked online. When I showed up they told me they had no cars until 3 days from now. I asked if Hertz knows about this. They told me they do but don’t fix it. It’s unbelievable that this stuff happens and ruins people’s vacations. Short story: Never book with Hertz!
I was completely satisfied with the service, vehicle and pickup/dropoff experience at this Hertz location. Everything went very smoothly.

Absolutely Terrible Experience Had a reservation for 10:00AM, arrived on time, and waited… and waited… and waited. By 1:00PM, I still hadn’t been helped.
