I booked online. When I showed up they told me they had no cars until 3 days from now. I asked if Hertz knows about this. They told me they do but don’t fix it. It’s unbelievable that this stuff happens and ruins people’s vacations. Short story: Never book with Hertz!

예약시간이 8시 30분이였는데 차를 10시에 수령했습니다 직원들은 친절하나 전반적으로 수많은 관광객들을 수용하기 어려워보이며 재방문의사 없음

Absolutely Terrible Experience Had a reservation for 10:00AM, arrived on time, and waited… and waited… and waited. By 1:00PM, I still hadn’t been helped. No updates, no apologies, just complete chaos and disorganization. I’ve never experienced such poor service from a car rental company. 직원 진짜 불친절해요. 아주 기분이 나쁘네요;;;; 절대 늦지 마세요 ㅎ 늦으면 지적 당하고 혼나고 너를 위한 차는 없다고 하고 일말에 전화도 안주고 저의 차를 취소하신것은 매우 황당하네요. 자기들만의 룰이라는데 어쩌겠습니까. 아래 자신들만의 규칙 추가합니다. (제가 예약한 공식 사이트에는 그런 안내 없었다고 했으나. 여기있어 하고 손가락으로만 툭툭.. 가르치네요..) 물론 안 늦었어도 친절하진 않았을 듯. 하와이 관광진데 이런 불친절함 처음이에요…. 그 여자분에게 불친절해야만 하는 무슨 일 있었나요? 그 직원 때문에 저의 하루를 망쳤어요. 차량을 인수해주시는 여자분은 친절했습니다; 방문일 : 2025년 10월 1일 오전 10시 20분
